Aren’t you guys supposed to be doing science up there?

I’ll be honest, I have no idea why we keep sending people into space. I know the government spends billions on loads of stupid stuff, and that there’s probably some scientific advancement that can be made by having a nerd jerk it in zero G’s for a few weeks, but to me, it just seems a bit silly to be spending our time and resources shooting people into orbit.

So what are they really doing up there, anyway? Well, in the case of this one dude, he’s just putting on his pants in funny ways. I guess that’s something.
